LIZY, Brussels-based, is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to scale its €60m+ car subscription business across core European markets. You will work within the Operations team to shape processes, build models, and drive cost and revenue initiatives.

You bring about 2 years in consulting or a fast-growing startup, strong Excel skills, and a bias for action. You thrive on challenging projects, with ownership and clear, scalable delivery.

The Position

We are looking for a motivated and polyvalent Operations Associate, who will work within the Operations team to further shape out and scale our car subscription business. Over time, you’ll get full responsibility across our core markets on the cost and/or revenue side of a €60m+ P&L that doubles every year.

You’ve had a first stint of 2 years in consulting, at a “start-up” that is too large to still be considered a start-up, maybe in a traineeship at a large corporate. You’ve built more presentations, excel models and meeting materials than you can care about. But you are hungry, you want to grow, you want to see things moving fast and see the impact of your eagerness.
