MSIG Europe is seeking an Operation Resilience and Governance Expert to coordinate DORA implementation and resilience topics within an international Operations Service team serving European countries. You will manage BAU, respond to regulator requests, support Business Continuity activities, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the resilience program.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 3–5 years in external consulting in finance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree.
• 3–5 years of external consulting experience in banking or insurance preferred.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication across organisational layers.
• Experience with operational regulation/legislation in finance.

Responsabilités

• Manage the BAU on all operational resilience topics.
• Address internal audit issues and regulator requests with the team.
• Support BC Management: annual reviews, workshops, BIA, and critical functions.
• Keep all operational resilience documentation up-to-date.
• Coordinate gaps with regulations with required teams.
• Participate in annual self-assessment for DORA and resilience.
• Track planning for training, testing, and related activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of resilience topics.
• Oversee third-party selections for scenario testing.

Let’s talk about the role

Coordinate the DORA regulation implementation and operational resilience topics

Part of an international Operations Service team providing service to European countries

Responsible for any changes in processes, systems and business model in accordance with the team strategy and all the legal entities

Driving improvement across the various areas and scope

On a day to day basis, you will

• Manage the BAU on all the operational resilience topics
• Answer to any internal audit issues and regulator requests in coordination with your team
• Business Continuity Management support (BCP annual review, conduct workshops, BIA, identification of critical functions…)
• Maintain all the documentation related to operational resilience up-to-date
• Coordinate with all the required team the gaps with the regulations
• Continuous improvement : Be part of the annual self-assessment regarding DORA and operational resilience
• Follow up of the various planning (training, testing etc.) regarding operational resilience
• Continuous improvement of all the operational resilience topics
• Selection of Third parties to run scenario testing…

Who are we looking for

• Master’s degree

• 3-5 years of experience, in an external consulting environmentto be preferredwithin banking orinsuranceAutonomous, proactive and able to work under pressure

• Very good level in English at least

• Experience and/or strong affinity with operational regulation/legislation within the financial industry.

• Excellent skills in communication across the various layers of the organisation
