Qualifications

• Strong problem solver mindset.
• Structured, accurate way of working.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English.
• Demonstrable experience in Operational Excellence, Lean and Continuous Improvement in an industrial environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze operational flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects across the organization.
• Guide stakeholders in introducing new working methods, standards and processes.
• Manage KPIs, monitor progress and ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Drive large-scale automation initiatives and translate needs into feasible solutions.
