ACENSI is seeking a Temporary Leasing Officer in Brussels to join the B2B Onboarding Leasing team. You will handle customer inquiries about leasing contracts, focusing on total loss and document requests, while supporting daily back-office operations.

In addition, you will communicate with clients via inbound calls and emails. The role offers a 50% on-site and 50% remote work arrangement, requiring proficiency in Dutch, French and English.

Qualifications

• Dutch, French, and English language proficiency required (good knowledge, writing and speaking).
• Experience with Miles and/or AS400 is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of car leasing/renting and strong customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Address end-customer inquiries regarding leasing/renting contracts, especially total loss and document requests.
• Support the back-office with daily operational tasks.
• Handle inbound calls and emails to contact clients and resolve issues.

Mission context

Our client is seeking a Temporary Leasing Officer to join our B2B Onboarding Leasing team. In this role, you will replace a colleague and directly address inquiries from our end customers regarding their leasing/renting contracts especially on the topic total loss and inquiry for documents regarding the leasing/renting..

Additionally, you will support the back-office team with daily operational tasks..Contacts with clients are partly done through inbound calls and mails.

Education
