ACENSI is seeking an Operation Officer in Brussels for a temporary leasing role within the B2B Onboarding Leasing team. You will address customer inquiries on leasing contracts, especially total loss and document requests, and support the back-office with daily tasks. 50% on-site and 50% homeworking are expected.

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, with a Bachelor or equivalent by experience. Relevant leasing knowledge and strong communication are essential to success.

Mission context

Our client is seeking a Temporary Leasing Officer to join our B2B Onboarding Leasing team. In this role, you will replace a colleague and directly address inquiries from our end customers regarding their leasing/renting contracts especially on the topic total loss and inquiry for documents regarding the leasing/renting..

Additionally, you will support the back-office team with daily operational tasks..Contacts with clients are partly done through inbound calls and mails.

Telework

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

• Dutch : Good knowledge understanding, writing and speaking
• French : Good knowledge understanding, writing and speaking
• English : Good knowledge understanding, writing and speaking

Education

Bachelor or equivalent by experience
