Job summary

GSK Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment reliable and available on site. You will perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance, and support improvements, collaborating with production, quality and engineering to minimize downtime.

The role offers daytime hours, then rotating shifts 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with room to learn new technologies and advance within a regulated pharma setting.

Qualifications

• CESS in electromechanics or electronics, or A2 diploma with equivalent experience.
• Maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Good command of French; technical English understood.
• Basic computer skills (SAP, Outlook, Excel).
• Availability to work stated shifts; strong team orientation.
• Experience in regulated pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality requirements preferred.

Position Summary

You will join the maintenance team on site in Belgium to keep production equipment reliable and available. You will perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance, and support technical improvements. Basic Qualification

• CESS in electromechanics or electronics, or A2 diploma with equivalent experience.
• Practical maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to diagnose and work on electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Good command of French and technical understanding of English.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and work systems (for example SAP, Outlook, Excel).
• Availability to work the stated shifts and a strong team orientation.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and quality requirements.
• Experience with equipment alarm and monitoring systems.
• Ability to read and update technical diagrams (electrical schematics, P&ID).
• Experience working at height and using light lifting equipment.
• Proactive attitude, strong documentation discipline and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Competitive monthly gross salary starting at EUR 3,840The monthly gross minimum base salary for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
