Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Director, Laboratory Operations to lead the Global Central Lab in Zaventem, Belgium. You will guide strategy, people development, and performance across laboratory operations to deliver quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive financial stewardship, lean processes, and continuous improvement, while building high-performing teams and ensuring regulatory governance.
