OnPoint Investors is an independent private equity firm based in Belgium. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full investment cycle, from initial screening to value creation in portfolio companies, working closely with the investment team.

As an intern you will conduct research, build financial models, and contribute to memoranda and presentations, with flexible part-time options and direct exposure to real transactions while being mentored by experienced investors.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred but not essential.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
• Strong business acumen with ability to quickly understand complex industries.

At OnPoint Investors, we offer motivated and ambitious students the opportunity to gain practical

experience in private equity through an internship. As an intern, you will work closely with the investment

team and be actively involved in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. You will gain

exposure to the full investment cycle, from initial screening to post-acquisition value creation.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Conducting market, industry, and competitor research
• Preparing investment memoranda and presentations
• Building and maintaining financial models
• Assisting in strategic and operational projects for portfolio companies
• What we are looking for
• Master’s student in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred but not essential

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and quality
