Harding+ is recruiting Chanel Beauty Advisors to join onboard cruise ship teams. You will showcase Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance, perform makeovers, and provide personalised recommendations to guests from around the world.

Successful candidates combine premium beauty knowledge with strong face-to-face service, public speaking, and a passion for luxury retail. This is a contract role with living arrangements on board for up to six months at a time.

Formación

• Experience in luxury beauty retail is a plus.
• Strong customer-facing sales skills with a focus on premium brands.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests on board.
• Perform full makeovers and demonstrate techniques to drive product usage.
• Provide personalised skincare advice based on guest needs and skin type.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Coordinate events and in-store promotions to attract guest traffic.
• Assist with stock control, merchandising and product presentation.
• Deliver engaging brand experiences and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
