Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Marine & Offshore Operations Coordinator to support daily offshore site activities in Ostend, Belgium. You will manage operational data, coordinate vessel and personnel movements, and ensure accurate reporting and admin follow-up to keep the project running smoothly.

You bring 4–8 years of logistics or offshore operations experience, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in logistics, maritime operations, offshore activities, or operational coordination.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Willing to work on-site in Ostend, Belgium.
Strong organisational, administrative and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Support the daily coordination of offshore and site operations.
Maintain and update operational data, vessel registrations, and personnel information in coordination systems.
Monitor documentation submitted by contractors and ensure its accuracy.
Plan and coordinate vessel movements and personnel transfers to offshore sites.
Assist with administration of permits, site access, and vessel approvals.
Participate in daily coordination meetings and maintain minutes, reports and action logs.
Identify inconsistencies or deviations in operational information and escalate as needed.
Provide on-site coordination and administrative support when required.
