Aufgaben

• Maintain an active, visible presence on site.
• Monitor contractors' compliance with HSE rules and procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments and action plan development.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and safety walks.
• Contribute to preparation and follow-up of PPSS.
• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Raise awareness and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Report incidents and near-misses and ensure corrective actions.
