Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Expert to join a client-site engagement in Brussels. You will reinforce the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe, owning Opus features and driving agile ideation to deliver efficient, compliant banking fraud prevention solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Business Analysis role with Agile experience.
• Experience with OPUS ownership and ideation/refinement.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention/detection in banking is a differentiator.

Responsabilités

• Reinforce the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe as an Expert BA.
• Lead end-to-end features and Opus ownership, driving ideation and refinement.
• Collaborate with squad members to elaborate solutions aligned with product priorities.
• Capture business needs, facilitate requirements gathering, and document constraints.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing and track progress, defects, risks.
• Onboard business users to new solutions and monitor go-live with change management.
