Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Edwards is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and service Edwards vacuum and abatement systems onsite at Leuven, Belgium. You will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting to keep systems running safely and reliably, while delivering detailed reports and maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical/electromechanical/electronics.
• Previous field service experience, ideally customer facing.
• Strong customer focus and communication aligned with processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products onsite.
• Aim for first-time fix rate over 95% and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use SMA data, document activities, and report to line manager or support.
• Set up, operate, and maintain software products and monitoring platforms.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environment practices and escalate as needed.
