TSL is seeking an EHS Coordinator to join our project team in a hands-on site role. You will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental systems across construction activities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 0–2 years of experience, plus a proactive, safety‑minded approach and strong communication. The role offers growth into EHS advisory paths with mentoring and structured development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science or related field.
• Desirable: NEBOSH/IOSH certificates and/or other EHS qualifications.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or EHS.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the EHS Manager and project teams.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Support site safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
