Anotech in Belgium is seeking an on-site HSE Site Manager to oversee access, safety tours, audits and incident prevention across a complex construction/industrial project.

You will coordinate with EPC contractor, manage traffic, laydown areas, and toolbox talks, while ensuring compliance and proactive safety communication with international teams.

Qualifications

• Strong field experience in construction, industrial projects or energy.
• Practical HSE background with action‑oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of site logistics and contractor coordination.
• Comfortable in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on, solution‑driven.
• Ability to challenge constructively.
