A leading global data center services company is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician based in Mons, Belgium, to provide on-site technical support at local facilities. Responsibilities include Remote Hands & Smart Hands support, server rack installation, and hardware troubleshooting. Candidates should have hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, strong communication skills in English, and flexibility for urgent requests. Certifications like CompTIA Server+ or CCNA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center infrastructure in a hands-on capacity.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards required.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support including cabling.
• Manage server rack installation, decommissioning, and visual inspections.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate client visit access.

Connaissances

Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure

Strong communication skills in English

Knowledge of server hardware

Familiarity with networking standards

Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment

Formation

Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNA
