g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Owner's Representative to lead on-site construction projects in Belgium. You will act as the main contact for contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery on schedule and budget.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and project controls, with responsibility for QA/QC, change management, and comprehensive project reporting from kickoff to final accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Owner's Representative on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience managing contractors and stakeholders on complex construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control activities.
• Oversee contractor performance, change management, and project reporting.
• Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure construction works meet required standards.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, invoices, and project documentation.
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, handover documentation, and final accounts.
• Liaise between operational teams and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
