Oliver Wyman Brussels is seeking an experienced (Senior) Manager to join our Brussels office. You will partner with clients and project teams to deliver strategic insights, shape recommendations, and lead workstreams with junior consultants in a collegial environment.

You bring 3–5 years of top-tier consulting experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication. This role offers a collaborative culture, global exposure, and a hybrid work model with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or industry strategy unit.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to conduct and leverage analyses to identify trends.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluency in English and French/Dutch is required.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to take initiative and learn quickly, applying existing skills to new challenges.
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset with the ability to generate novel ideas.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a highly talented team.
