JERA Nex bp is seeking an O&M Readiness Engineer to define and improve O&M strategies for offshore wind projects from its office in Ostend, Belgium. The successful candidate will play a critical role in making the organization ready to implement and optimize operational strategies, collaborating closely with various teams and partners.

We're looking for a proactive specialist with a master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, offshore wind experience, and strong communication skills to join our mission of unlocking the value of offshore wind.

Qualifications

• Experience in the offshore wind industry.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Diligent and capable of working autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Define O&M strategies and targets for new projects.
• Trigger O&M strategy proposals to ensure sustainability.
• Support business development with technical analysis.
