JERA Nex bp in Ostend, Belgium, is seeking an O&M Readiness Engineer to define and improve long-term O&M strategies for current and future offshore wind farms, ensuring readiness for implementation and optimal operation.

You will work with the O&M team, travel within Belgium and abroad, and contribute to continuous improvement through collaboration with business development and supply chain teams. A Master’s in engineering and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in offshore wind O&M is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define O&M strategies and targets for new projects in the 3 to 5 years horizon.
• Trigger O&M strategy improvements and advise on technical solutions.
• Support business development and tender projects with technical & commercial analysis.
• Be an active partner in discussions with the O&M supply chain from market contact to final contract.
• Lead in R&D collaborations and translate findings to the O&M business model.
• Identify risk factors and determine the risk profile for JERA Nex bp.
• Contribute to internal education and knowledge sharing.
• Identify collaborations for longer-term growth of JERA Nex bp.
