Jan De Nul Group is seeking an Offshore Production Engineer based in Aalst to design dashboards monitoring ship progress and to analyze data trends for project optimization. You will use PowerBI, Python, and Excel to build predictive models and define production estimates for heavy lifting and installation work globally.

The role requires an engineering degree (civil, mechanical, or naval), strong English, and willingness to travel offshore regularly.

Responsabilités

• Design dashboards to monitor the ship’s daily progress.
• Ensure reports and data measurements are available.
• Analyze trends and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create predictive models using PowerBI, Python and Excel.
• Interpret vessel feasibility for future projects.
• Define production estimates for heavy lifting, cable-laying, and rock installation.
• Identify and report technical project risks.
• Collaborate with Tender, Technical and Operational departments.
