Squareflow, a growing Odoo Gold Partner, seeks an Odoo Functional Expert to work with clients and align business processes with robust ERP solutions. You will act as a functional reference, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with developers to design and deliver tailored Odoo features.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Odoo consulting/implementation, a relevant degree, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Fluency in French and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Odoo in a consulting or implementation context.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Odoo certifications or advanced trainings are desirable.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and Odoo capabilities.
• Ability to design robust functional solutions for complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer needs and advise on the most optimal Odoo solution.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and drive design decisions.
• Coordinate between business and development teams to translate requirements into features.
• Provide guidance to project teams and assist with implementation where needed.
• Review solutions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Estimate workload for new projects and fit-gaps.
• Serve as internal functional reference and share best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge and development of processes.
• Deliver demos, trainings and support end users adopting the solution.
• Contribute to daily development of Squareflow.

ODOO FUNCTIONAL EXPERT

Squareflow is a growing company founded in 2020 with the purpose to make SMEs digital first and scale businesses with the right technology.

As Odoo Gold Partner, we digitalize core business processes and implement robust and future-proof ERP solutions.

Today, Squareflow has a team of +40 people with offices in Brussels, Antwerp and Luxembourg.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Odoo Functional Expert. As a consultant, you'll be in regular contact with clients and will build a thorough understanding of their specific needs in terms of business/IT alignment, while acting as a functional reference within the team and contributing to business development.

Function

As an Odoo Functional Expert, your specific tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Understand customer needs and activities in order to advise them on the most optimal Odoo solution
• Drive and challenge business requirements gathering sessions
• Define solution designs and act as a liaison between business and development teams to transform requirements into Odoo working features
• Provide guidance to functional project teams and help them implement when appropriate
• Review and validate solutions to ensure quality and consistency
• Realize fit-gaps and estimate workload for new projects and/or features
• Act as the internal reference on functional topics
• Contribute to the development of best practices and internal knowledge
• Deliver demos, trainings and support end users in adopting the solution
• Contribute to the daily development of Squareflow

Profile

• 3+ years experience working with Odoo in a consulting or implementation context
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Odoo certifications and/or advanced trainings (masterclasses or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation (O2C, P2P, stock, etc.)
• Experience with complex projects and ability to design robust functional solutions
• Good understanding of the Odoo framework and its possibilities
• Strong analytical and structural thinking
• Ability to work autonomously while acting as a reference within a team
• Fluent and trustworthy in content discussions with clients and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Good working knowledge of French and English
