Retail organisation in Belgium is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Analyst to gather business requirements, map processes and ensure the Odoo solution aligns with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, end users and partners across the ERP transformation lifecycle from analysis to deployment and user adoption.

The role focuses on translating requirements into Odoo solutions, supporting testing and training to drive adoption and ensure a successful large-scale

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst, BA or ERP Consultant.
• Experience on ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping and functional documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting testing activities and end-user training.
• Consultancy or freelance experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple departments.
• Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for optimisation and standardisation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Odoo solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support solution design workshops and provide functional expertise on Odoo capabilities.
• Provide user training, support and guidance to drive adoption of the new platform.
