DHL Global Forwarding in Antwerp is seeking a Rate Management Specialist to ensure accurate pricing and data integrity across our global rating platforms. You will manage customer contracts, tariffs, and costing data to enable auto-rating and drive digitalization.

You will collaborate with commercial and operational teams, support rate implementation, and contribute to continuous improvement by reducing errors and enhancing automation. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data, pricing, and ocean freight? As a Rate Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient pricing processes that power our global operations. You’ll manage customer contracts, tariffs, and costing data across our systems, enabling seamless auto‑rating and auto‑costing and supporting our journey toward full digitalization. Working closely with commercial, operational, and system teams, you will help deliver tailored pricing solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting ongoing digitalization and process improvement initiatives. This position is essential in maintaining data integrity and optimizing the performance of our global rating platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Data Accuracy & System Integrity – ensure timely and accurate entry of rates and costs
• Auto‑Rating & Auto‑Costing – support and manage automated rating and costing processes, including integrations with tools such as QuoteShop and other sources
• Stakeholder Collaboration – partner closely with commercial and operational teams to understand customer needs and ensure correct and efficient rate implementation
• Global Account Coordination – assess local impacts of global customer accounts and contribute to continuous improvements
• Continuous Improvement – analyze rate and cost accuracy, identify optimization opportunities, and drive enhancements in automation and digitalization
• Issue Resolution – investigate and resolve system‑related issues across rate management platforms, including CW1, RMS, Cargosphere, and other local tools

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Experience in Ocean Freight pricing or operations (minimum 2 years)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Fluent English and Dutch
