Zusammenfassung

JERA Nex bp seeks a senior leader to head O&M Readiness and Global Asset Management, reporting to the COO. You will shape cross-functional strategies, oversee readiness across the asset lifecycle and ensure governance alignment with boards and partners.

You will drive performance, optimise costs, and lead international collaboration across projects in offshore wind. A strategic, results-driven leader with HSSE focus is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive leadership experience in offshore wind or asset-intensive sectors.
• Proven track record in O&M, asset management and operational performance optimization.
• Experience engaging with Boards, SteerCos, shareholders and senior stakeholders internationally.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide HSSE-compliant, safe and healthy work conditions.
• Lead O&M Readiness and O&M GAM teams, building capacity for growth.
• Prepare the O&M organization to cope with future expansion and opportunities.
• Ensure optimal O&M resource allocation within budget constraints.
• Deliver strategic O&M guidance to optimise wind-farm operations.
• Drive governance and reporting to COO, boards and committees.
• Support R&I initiatives and industry collaboration to stay ahead in offshore wind.
