NN in Brussels is seeking a Non-Financial Risk Officer who will partner with operational teams and the second line to strengthen risk management across the business, focusing on processes, controls, and incident management.

You will lead risk assessments, support process owners, translate risk data into dashboards for management, and drive continuous improvements through automation, data analytics and Power Platform, within a flexible hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to summarize complex information.
• Fluent English and Dutch or French.
• Proactive with strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with Power Platform, Excel, SharePoint, and Copilot.

Responsabilités

• Organize and facilitate quarterly risk assessments and PRAs.
• Lead workshops and support process owners in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Monitor follow-up of risks, issues, and controls; manage incident handling with IT teams.
• Translate risk data into actionable insights and dashboards for management.
