Living Stone is seeking a New Construction Real Estate Agent in Vlaams-Brabant. In this full-time role, you'll manage sales processes, analyze buyer needs, and ensure project success from launch to sale. A valid BIV number and 3-5 years of experience are required.

You combine business acumen with in-depth knowledge and strong follow-up skills.* You follow up on leads in an active and structured manner.* You will schedule and coordinate appointments, site visits, and presentations.* You analyze the needs of prospective buyers and investors.* You provide clear guidance on plans, prices, finishing options, and timing.* You will professionally guide clients through the negotiation process until a compromise is reached and the contract is signed.* You maintain close contact with developers and partners.* You will ensure that files are properly tracked and reported on.* You identify new business opportunities in the region.### Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and is results-oriented.
