Living Stone is seeking a New Construction Real Estate Agent in Vlaams-Brabant. In this full-time role, you'll manage sales processes, analyze buyer needs, and ensure project success from launch to sale. A valid BIV number and 3-5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid BIV number.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate.
• Experience with new construction projects is a major asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire sales process for new construction projects.

• Analyze the needs of prospective buyers and investors.
• Guide clients through negotiations until contracts are signed.
• Identify new business opportunities in the Leuven region.
