The role requires 5+ years in network engineering or presales, solid IP/LAN/WAN expertise, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French. It is an on-site position with collaboration across sales, engineering, and partners to close deals and drive solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT.
• 5+ years in network engineering or presales.
• Strong knowledge of IP tech: LAN/WLAN/DC/WAN.
• Certs such as HCNP/IE or CCNP/IE preferred.
• Hands-on IP design/implementation experience.

Job Title: Network Solution Manager (Full time, on-site)

Job Location: Brussels, Belgium

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects of projects during the presales stage, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and business objectives.
• Design and develop tailored IP network solutions, including business offer proposals and solution architecture, that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide expert technical support to key customers and partners, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to ensure the successful closure of sales, driving both technical and commercial success.
• Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including promotions, marketing events, and other initiatives to promote solutions.
• Create, organize, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations to showcase the value and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor landscapes, delivering valuable insights to drive solution innovation and sales strategy.
• Provide technical leadership in developing proposals, suggesting innovative solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in network engineering, presales, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of IP technologies and networking solutions, including LAN, WLAN, Datacenter networks, and WAN.
• Industry certifications such as HCNP/IE, CCNP/IE, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with IP solutions design and implementation; experience with telecommunication equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance is a strong plus.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-cultural environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset, able to understand client needs and propose technical solutions accordingly.
