RSVZ is seeking an experienced .NET Integration Developer to expand Team Black, a cross-functional platform team in our SAFe environment. You will design, develop, and maintain a robust integration platform in Azure, collaborating with developers, testers, architects, and product owners to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar role with strong Azure experience and Agile/Scrum expertise.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain the integration platform and reusable .NET components using C# and Azure API Management.
• Analyze and solve technical problems; troubleshoot bugs and provide technical support to colleagues.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Azure DevOps CI/CD components using C#, PowerShell, YAML pipelines, and Bicep files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams within a SAFe environment and deliver tooling iteratively.
• Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality through tests and QA methods.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced team members.
• Continuously improve development processes and software quality.

Assignment Context

RSVZ is a dynamic organization where more than 150 people work within the Information Technology department. The organizational culture is informal. RSVZ is a bilingual environment with French-speaking and Dutch-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

Team Black Overview

Team Black is a “platform” team that works transversally within Informatica and provides technical support to the development teams. The team works according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to deliver high-quality and scalable applications. The team’s current focus is on making the Azure Cloud platform usable for other development teams.

Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced .NET Integration Developer to expand Team Black (consisting of 12 people, including 2 Integration Developers). The developer is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of a robust and scalable integration platform in an Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the integration platform and reusable .NET components using C# and Azure API Management.
• Analyze and solve technical problems; troubleshoot bugs and provide technical support to less experienced colleagues.
• Contact external parties, including other social security institutions, to support connectivity.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Azure DevOps CI/CD components using C#, PowerShell, YAML pipelines, and Bicep files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams within a SAFe environment, working close to developers, testers, architects, product owners, and scrum masters to deliver supporting tooling iteratively and incrementally.
• Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality through unit tests, integration tests, and other QA methods.
• Contribute to and review technical documentation and knowledge sharing within and outside the team.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced team members.
• Continuously improve development processes and software quality.
• Follow trends and developments in technologies and methodologies in the domain.
• Automate and integrate through pipelines and unit tests to maintain stable development, test, and production environments.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5 years of experience working with Azure.
• 5 years of experience working according to Agile/Scrum.

Hybrid Working
