ALTEN Belgium is seeking a .NET Developer to join client projects in Brussels, part of an application modernization effort focused on upgrading Java applications. The role centers on crafting robust .NET solutions and integrating REST APIs within an Agile environment.

You will design, develop and maintain .NET applications, analyze requirements with stakeholders, and ensure security and performance across the stack. Strong English plus Dutch or French is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Professional English, plus Dutch or French.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a .NET Developer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels. You will join our client’s application modernization initiative, focused on upgrading and modernizing a portfolio of existing Java applications running on legacy environments.

As a .NET developer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies
• Analyse functional and technical requirements together with business stakeholders
• Develop robust, scalable and secure software solutions
• Implement REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams

Your profile
