Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced software/DevOps professional to join a transversal platform team in Brussels. You will design reusable .NET components, build and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines, and collaborate in a SAFe environment to deliver scalable applications.

You will lead and coach teammates, ensure code quality through reviews and tests, and document technical solutions to improve development processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
• Advanced knowledge of .NET development with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and YAML.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure and Bicep for infrastructure management.
• 1+ years of experience with Git and SQL.
• Demonstrated technical coaching and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with passive knowledge of English and basic communication in the second national language.

Our client, a prominent organization in the social security sector, is seeking a professional to join their transversal platform team. The project focuses on enabling cloud adoption by developing reusable .NET and infrastructure components for various development teams within a large-scale agile environment.

• Design and maintain reusable .NET components using C# and ASP.NET Core to support multiple development squads.
• Develop and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML, PowerShell, and Bicep.
• Collaborate within a SAFe framework to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to less experienced colleagues both inside and outside the team.
• Ensure software quality through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge to improve overall development processes.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in a software engineering or DevOps role.
• You have advanced knowledge of .NET development with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• You possess strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and YAML.
• You have 3+ years of experience with Azure and Bicep for infrastructure management.
• You have 1+ years of experience with Git and SQL.
• You're recognized for your technical coaching and leadership skills.
• you possess excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with passive knowledge of English and basic communication skills in the second national language.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of WCF, Blazor, or gRPC.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise.
