ITProposal in Brussels is seeking an experienced .NET Azure DevOps Engineer to join a SAFe-driven platform engineering team in a public sector context. You will design, build, and maintain .NET back-end components and Azure DevOps pipelines to enable cloud adoption across 11 internal development teams.

You will mentor colleagues, lead code reviews, and ensure high-quality software through CI/CD, testing, and automation standards in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a DevOps / .NET Software Engineering role.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and basic SQL.
• Hands-on Azure Cloud services and Bicep.
• Proven proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, YAML, PowerShell, and Git.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain reusable .NET components with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Bicep.
• Provide documentation, guidance, and operational support for shared components.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies, mentor team members, conduct code reviews.
• Ensure code quality via unit/integration tests and automated QA.
