Job summary

Aviva Investors is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to lead NAV review and reporting for standalone and consolidated funds. You will oversee due diligence of fund accounting providers, ensure robust controls and governance, and report to the Supplier Oversight Committee.

You will work with fund administrators, reconcile complex structures, support audits and regulatory reporting, and drive improvements through automation and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting, fund control or NAV oversight.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls and fund governance.
• Experience across private markets, real assets or illiquid investment strategies.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with complex fund structures and transactions.
• A relevant accounting or professional qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience overseeing fund administrators or outsourced service providers.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and sign off NAVs for standalone and consolidated funds (monthly and quarterly).
• Maintain and enhance the NAV review framework with robust controls and governance.
• Lead due diligences for fund accounting providers and report to governance committees.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits and interaction with external stakeholders.
