Spektrum is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a NATO customer site in Mons, Belgium. You will install, configure and maintain computing, printing and network devices, manage user access in Active Directory, and contribute to IT security compliance and IT service management processes for end users.

The role requires 3+ years in ICT/CIS environments, SCCM and AD expertise, and an Active NATO Secret clearance. Travel to other NATO sites may be required, with on-site work at the Mons location.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or MCITP certification required.
• Proven experience with SCCM.
• Proven experience managing Active Directory objects, user accounts and permissions.
• 3+ years ICT/CIS environment experience.
• 3+ years supporting IT users, desktop hardware and software.
• 3+ years in an IT administration role.
• Solid PC deployment knowledge.
• Familiarity with current operating systems and office automation software.
• Active NATO Secret security clearance required at time of application.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and maintain computing, printing and network devices.
• Install and configure COTS software on networked workstations.
• Install and configure network client software on LAN workstations.
• Configure local server software and peripheral devices.
• Create and troubleshoot user access for devices.
• Manage Organizational Units in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Execute support requests and work orders.
• Prepare software packages for automated deployment.
• Contribute to IT security compliance and remediation activities.
• Support ITSM processes for incident, change, and asset management.
