MEOGROUP Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Supply Chain & Parcels to lead the national rollout and continuous improvement of a fast-growing out-of-home delivery network.

As Project Manager Box/Lockers you will own a strategic programme, manage rollout and optimisation of the parcel locker network, lead a team of project managers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in project management within a multi-project environment.
Proven leadership and coaching skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Agile mindset and ability to manage changing priorities under pressure.
Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Driving licence B
Experience with infrastructure or network projects and a technical background are strong assets.
Affinity with logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery.

Responsabilités

Lead the national deployment and optimisation of the box network.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of project managers and administrative staff.
Coordinate multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and accounts.
Monitor project progress, quality, efficiency, budgets, and results.
Continuously improve processes and ways of working.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including City Infrastructure, box Boutique, and Out-Of-Home onboarding.
Report on programme progress, risks, and achievements.
