Bleckmann Belgium is seeking an experienced Logistics & 3PL Supervisor, International to oversee inbound and outbound operations, manage 3PL partners, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time customer fulfillment.

You will work cross-functionally with factories, customs brokers, freight forwarders and internal teams in a fast-paced, European distribution network, driving process improvements and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or 3PL supervision.
• Strong understanding of international logistics, distribution center operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience with 3PL providers, bonded warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and parcel carriers.
• Familiarity with EU trade regulations and international freight operations preferred.
• Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel advanced functions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and VAS activities.
• Monitor staffing levels, productivity metrics, quality standards, and UPH performance to meet goals.
• Maintain operational reports including Open Order Reports, VAS Logs, inventory trackers, and productivity dashboards.
• Reconcile customer chargebacks, inbound discrepancies, and inventory-related issues with Accounting.
• Provide operational guidance and support to warehouse and 3PL teams; drive process improvements.
