MEOGROUP Belgium is seeking an Regional Operations Director to oversee the performance of Belgian sites. You will deploy the operational strategy, drive economic and operational results, and lead continuous improvement across sites under your responsibility.

You will translate strategy into concrete action plans, manage budgets and margins, and develop site and operational managers while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Regular travel across Belgian operations is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport and logistics.
• Experience in multi-site management or regional operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of profitability, service quality and customer satisfaction challenges.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial indicators.
• Natural leadership with ability to engage teams and drive change.
• Structured, hands-on profile with strategic view and close-to-operations execution.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.

• Translate the company's strategy into concrete operational action plans for your area.
• Drive economic and operational performance: budgets, margins, costs, KPIs.
• Lead, support and develop site managers and operational managers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and internal standards.
• Monitor KPIs: lead times, complaints, customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, transport providers and logistics partners.
