• Oversee complex audit projects –Be the go-to person for your audit clients and take the lead in challenging audits. Use your analytical skills to help them see the bigger picture of their business.
• Build strong client relationships –No matter who your client is, you can tell them what they need to hear. Ask the right questions and establish professional yet personal relationships that make your audit work both productive and rewarding.
• Deliver technical excellence –Work out solid audit procedures, prepare detailed working papers, and make sure your work meets the high professional standards that our clients expect.
• Guide colleagues –Share your knowledge with your junior colleagues, helping them develop their technical skills while building your own leadership abilities.
• Stay ahead of the curve –Thanks to the BDO Academy and external training, you keep up with the latest audit standards and techniques.

What do you bring to the table?

Your foundation:

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with additional financial-economic qualifications being a strong asset
• At least 2 years of audit experience, with strong technical and client management skills
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English; additional languages are valued and can open doors to our diverse client portfolio
