Sabena Engineering SA is seeking a Planning Coordinator responsible for overseeing operational performance and delivery commitments across the Charleroi and Haren sites in Belgium. This role involves creating and managing production capability analysis, planning, and scheduling to ensure alignment between operational execution and commercial requirements. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with experience in production planning and strong analytical skills. Fluency in French or Dutch and English is mandatory.

• Experience in production planning, capacity management, or operational coordination in an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English; knowledge of Dutch or French is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Create and update the production capability analysis for both CRL and HAR sites.
• Monitor day-to-day production planning for CRL and HAR sites.
• Provide visibility on workload, capacity utilization, and planning risks through reporting.
• Act as the key interface between operations and management/commercial teams.
