Caterpillar Inc. in Zeebrugge, Belgium, is seeking a dynamic Production Planner to drive scheduling and capacity planning for the Equipment Processing Center.

You will analyze data, coordinate with Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport, and ensure on-time machine preparation and shipment to customers. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with PowerBI and SAP, and fluent English and Dutch.

• Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams including Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport.
• Prioritize and plan operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.
• Manage 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
