Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a dynamic Production Planner for our Zeebrugge site in Belgium. You will drive capacity planning for machine processing and perform data analysis to guide decisions, while collaborating with Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality and Transport teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and analyse large datasets.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; interested in ERP/CRM systems such as SAP/PowerBI.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an efficient capacity plan for machine processing.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams including Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Transport.
• Prioritize and plan operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.
• Manage 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
