Product Pulse in Anderlecht is seeking a Supply Chain & Office Manager for a confidential SME client. The role blends supply chain coordination, ERP management, finance administration, and general office duties.

You will work with management and across suppliers, sales, marketing and operations. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, fluent Dutch, French and English, and proven ERP experience (EXACT preferred).

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in supply chain, office management, administration or a broad operational role.
• Hands-on ERP experience; knowledge of EXACT is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Dutch, French and English with professional proficiency in all three.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable with invoices, suppliers, reporting, logistics and documentation.
• Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented.
• Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business.
• Able to commute to Anderlecht.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate production orders, suppliers, stock and logistics administration.
• Follow up on deliveries, shipments, maintenance and quality activities.
• Support production planning and maintain dashboards.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations and delivery documentation.
• Manage and optimise the ERP system and act as the main internal ERP contact.
• Configure reports, workflows and user permissions; analyse and improve processes.
• Process purchase and sales invoices; manage payments and accounts.
• Coordinate agendas, meetings, travel, visitors and office supplies.
