FH Collective - Academy is seeking multilingual Customer Support Specialists / Content Moderators for on-site roles in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries and moderate content across languages on diverse projects.

Fluency in one required language and English, a valid EU passport or work permit for Portugal, willingness to relocate, and a quick start are expected. Relocation support is available depending on the project.

Multilingual Jobs in Lisbon | Customer Support & Content Moderation

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
