Cross Border Talents is seeking a bilingual advisor fluent in German and Dutch to support operations in Ghent. This role involves managing complex inquiries in a 24/7 rotative shift environment. Candidates must demonstrate Native or C1 level in both languages and be flexible for shift work. Initial training will be fully on-site before transitioning to a hybrid model with the possibility of working one day a week remotely. Previous reference and cover letters are required.
