Randstad is seeking a Scientist MRI – Advanced Material Characterization for on-site work in Beerse, Belgium. You will design, establish, and execute MRI methods to evaluate APIs, complex dosage forms, and advanced drug-delivery systems, translating imaging data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with internal experts in analytical development, stay compliant with GMP, and engage in data processing using AI/ML tools to support drug formulation decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, or related field; post-doc a plus.
• Hands-on experience with pre-clinical MRI instrumentation and knowledge of solid-state NMR.
• Strong imaging data processing skills, including AI/ML principles.

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate pre-clinical MRI methods for complex pharmaceutical formulations.
• Analyze imaging data and translate into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with drug product and analytical development groups.
• Contribute to GMP compliance and safety in the lab.
• Support basic solid-state NMR experiments when needed.
