The role focuses on developing cutting-edge imaging solutions for active pharmaceutical ingredients and complex drug delivery systems, with hands-on MRI and CT workflow work.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, or related field with affinity for complex instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with pre-clinical MRI instrumentation.
• Experience interpreting imaging and spectroscopic data to provide technical insights.
• Knowledge of organic chemistry.
• Proactive and creative professional with strong scientific curiosity.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate MRI methods for pharmaceutical materials, formulations, and dosage forms.
• Establish imaging workflows complementary to CT scan analysis for water ingress and hydration kinetics.
• Assess coating integrity, permeability, and delayed-release behavior of capsules and tablets.
• Visualize device functionality for drug-delivery systems including internal movement and fluid distribution.
• Monitor sedimentation and resuspendability of suspensions and dispersed systems.
• Translate imaging data into actionable insights for formulation and process development teams.
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment in compliance with GMP and health regulations.
