Jobat zoekt voor een internationale fabrikant in de Aalst regio een Injection Moulding Technician. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor veilig wisselen van matrijzen, opstarten van machines en het optimaliseren van het volledige spuitgietproces.

Je werkt in een twee-ploegendienst (vroeg 06:00–14:00, laat 14:00–22:00) en ondersteunt operators bij productie, kwaliteitscontroles en naleving van veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met wisselen van matrijzen in spuitgietomgeving.
• Ervaring met twee-ploegendienst.
• Veiligheidsbewustzijn en focus op kwaliteit.

Responsabilités

• Uitvoeren van wisselingen van matrijzen volgens planning.
• Voorbereiden van wisselingen en verzamelen van materialen.
• Veilig demonteren, installeren en afstellen van matrijzen.
• Starten, afstellen en vrijgeven van productie.
• Instellen en bewaken van spuitgietmachines en randapparatuur.
• Bewaken en optimaliseren van het gehele spuitgietproces.
• Analyseren en oplossen van eerste lijns technische problemen.
• Goede kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen melden.
• Operatoren bij productie ondersteunen.
• Zorgen voor juiste grondstoffen en monitoren van regrind.

Deze international is gespecialiseerd in de productie en de toelevering van kunststofonderdelen voor de automobielindustrie; spuitgietonderdelen voor voertuigen.

For an international manufacturer in the Aalst region, we are looking for an enthusiastic Injection Moulding Technician who will be responsible for safely changing moulds, starting up machines and optimizing the complete injection moulding process.

You will work in a two-shift system:

• Early shift: 06:00–14:00
• Late shift: 14:00–22:00

As an Injection Moulding Technician, you are an essential part of the production team. Thanks to your technical knowledge, mould changes are carried out efficiently and the machines continue to perform optimally.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Carrying out mould changes according to the production schedule.
• Preparing mould changes and gathering all required materials.
• Safely dismantling, installing and adjusting moulds.
• Correctly starting up, setting and releasing production.
• Setting and monitoring injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitoring and optimizing the complete injection moulding process.
• Analysing and resolving first-line technical issues involving machines, moulds and auxiliary equipment.
• Performing quality checks and promptly reporting any deviations.
• Supporting and guiding operators during production.
• Ensuring the correct supply of raw materials and monitoring regrind material.
• Actively contributing to process improvements and reducing downtime.
• Working according to applicable safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Helping to maintain an orderly and safe production environment.
