NautaDutilh Brussels is seeking an Associate with 4-7 years of experience in Corporate law and M&A to strengthen our team. You will coordinate transactions, guide clients through incorporation and provide clear legal advice.

The ideal candidate possesses a Belgian Master’s degree in Law, is fluent in Dutch, and has strong English and French skills. The position offers exposure to high-profile cases and opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Able to coordinate M&A transactions effectively.
• Strong skills in corporate governance advising.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate mergers and acquisitions from initial discussions to closing.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
• Provide transactional advice including due diligence.
