PwC Belgium seeks a Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Lead Consultant to blend strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery, guiding clients through transformation using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities.

You will conduct discovery workshops, design scalable solutions, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across PwC and international communities to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience with Microsoft technologies, digital transformation, automation or business applications.
• Proven consulting experience and leadership of end-to-end client engagements.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise applications, automations, integrations and AI-powered agents.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, connectors, integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Governance, security, compliance and platform adoption experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on how Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio can accelerate business transformation, productivity and innovation.
• Lead discovery workshops, design thinking sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities where automation, AI and low-code technologies can create measurable business value.
• Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power Platform and Copilot solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Build intelligent applications, automated workflows, custom agents and modern employee experiences that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Translate business challenges into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, data specialists and security experts to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions.
• Support clients in defining governance, security, compliance and application lifetime management strategies.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging opportunities across Microsoft technologies and translating them into practical client solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, solution accelerators and go-to-market initiatives.
• Coach colleagues, share knowledge and help develop the next generation of Power Platform and Copilot professionals.
• Represent PwC Belgium within international Microsoft communities and collaborate across the wider PwC network.

What your day will look like

As a Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Lead Consultant, no two days are the same. You will combine strategic advisory work with hands‑on delivery and thought leadership. You will:

• Advise clients on how Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio can accelerate business transformation, productivity and innovation.
• Lead discovery workshops, design thinking sessions and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities where automation, AI and low-code technologies can create measurable business value.
• Design and deliver enterprise‑grade Power Platform and Copilot solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Build intelligent applications, automated workflows, custom agents and modern employee experiences that improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Translate business challenges into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, data specialists and security experts to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions.

What we will expect from you

We're looking for an experienced professional who combines strong technical expertise with a consultative mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed. You bring:

• At least seven years of experience within Microsoft technologies, digital transformation, automation or business applications.
• Proven consulting experience and a strong track record of leading end‑to‑end client engagements.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise applications, automations, integrations and AI‑powered agents.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, connectors, integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
• Solid experience with governance, managed environments, security, compliance and platform adoption strategies.
• The ability to simplify complex challenges and transform them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
• French is considered a strong asset.
